Schedule your customized service on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or on an as needed basis. Together we'll base your fee on your individual needs. I do not have set prices or set menus. My prices and menus are customized to fit each client’s needs. My standard pricing method is “fee + grocery”. This means I charge for my time (planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, packaging, labeling, etc) plus the cost of groceries. I purchase only the freshest ingredients, from our local markets, the day I plan to prepare your menu. The cost of your groceries is directly impacted by your menu choices and those costs are passed along to you. After we ascertain your needs we’ll be able to pinpoint the cost of your individualized service.

MENUS-PLUS PLAN:
Personal Chef Laurel will plan a week of menus based on your initial consultation that are quick or easy for you to prepare, provide you with recipes, shop for the ingredients, and deliver them to your house. You will have what you need for your special diet or healthy meals.

SHOP N' CHOP PLAN:
We plan the number of entrees you desire, shop for groceries, and semi-prepare the ingredients for you to finish at home using the recipes we have chosen based on your personal interview. Semi-prepare means veggies are washed, chopped, and bagged; meats are trimmed and/or pounded, breaded, marniaded, etc. when appropriate for recipe and left in your fridge. You will assemble and cook your own meal.

As you calculate the cost of meals and wonder if you can afford it, think about all the time you spend going to and from the grocery store, waiting in traffic and lines after work or during your precious day off. What about all the gas you use? How much food do you throw away each week because you didn't plan carefully or didn't have time to cook? Eating out is very costly with beverages and to pay that 18% tip. And… how much control do you have over hidden fat, salt, and sugar in those meals? The same is true of the carry-out and home meal replacement meals purchased from a variety of vendors.
